Radford Dale is a fully organic winery with vineyards across South Africa's storied regions of Stellenbosch and Elgin. Believing in a philosophy that "the land decides", the team at Radford Dale pride themselves on allowing nature to do its thing, as the best wines are made with as little human intervention as possible. Thirst 2023 is a gorgeously refreshing wine. Made from 100% Gamay, it is designed to be a low-alcohol, minimal-intervention and maximum-flavour red, similar to the wines you find in Beaujolais, France. Bright notes of cranberry, raspberry and strawberry are matched with a vibrant acidity and light-bodied palate. A great wine to chill and enjoy with a cheeseboard or chicken.
